Property Categories
Once again, you asked for it, and you got it. The Wise Agent now allows you to
categorize your properties so you can search for all of your listings, closing, FSBO’s,
etc. with ease. While adding or editing a property, simply type in the name of the
category you would like, or choose one previously created from the drop down box. From
this point on you will be able to search using the Show Category box from the property
list page. (Example) If you would like to see a list of all of your listings, simply
choose that category and your list will appear.

convenience and sellers are blown away. WHAMmobile is Wise Agent's newest partner and
offers a great service for helping REALTORS® generate more leads. Attach codes to all of
your marketing for your properties, including the property signs. Customers text in the
codes to receive the listing information they want, which includes multiple photos of
your listing and links to your other listings. They get the information they want, and
WHAMmobile captures their contact information and adds it into your Wise Agent account in
the Client List and the Call List. |

Marketing (beta)
One of the most requested features is now available for you to try out. The new
Marketing Program is now simplified & includes the option to send automatic drip email
campaigns. Once you have created a marketing program, you may add new clients to it at
anytime, and they will receive each touch from the beginning. You can create your own
custom campaigns for every situation, or use one that we have created for you & customize
it as you need. Click the Marketing Program button & choose Marketing (beta) to get
started. |
Categories for Contact Notes
When entering contact notes from the Call List or the Client Summary page you are now
able to categorize them. Just add a category name and/or a subject, and you will be able
to search for them later without having to scroll through all of your notes for a client.
Now your notes will be organized, and it will be easy to find exactly what you are
looking for. |
