Spanish Newsletters

¿Se Habla Espanol? Are you looking to break into the Spanish speaking market or are you already in it, but you don’t have the marketing materials you need? You now have the option of choosing the Spanish version of our prewritten newsletters that you can send out as an email or print out for mailing. It’s the same as the English version, but we translated it for you.

Every month you will have a new Spanish newsletter to send out. Just like the English version, it will be fully branded with your information and picture. You will have the option of using it “as is” or editing any changes you might want to make. Save as many versions as you would like and attach them to an automated marketing program using our Marketing Program button, or print/email them out immediately.

Expresscopy

Through the Wise Agent, Expresscopy is now offering $25 off of your first order. All postcards come in several sizes ranging from regular to panaramic (8.5x11). You can create Just Listed or a new farm postcards from the 100’s of templates and 1,000’s of photos available. Just click on the Print/Mail/Copy button in your Wise Agent account, and then click on the Expresscopy coupon banner to take advantage of this great savings.

We even make it easy to send your client database to them for the mailing. Just click on the Import/Export button and click on the Export CSV Mailing List button to create the file they will need. Choose your whole database or just a category of clients to market to and click send. It’s that easy.

FREE Online Training Classes

Whether you are a first time user or a veteran of the Wise Agent, we have a class for you. We now offer FREE Online training classes nearly every day Monday through Friday. We have beginner, advanced, newsletter, and marketing classes to choose from, and they each only take about 1 hour. You are more than welcome to join one or more classes, and you can attend them as many times as you need. All classes are held online as a webinar (online conference call with access to view the presenter's screen through your computer and hear them through a conference call line that you call into, long distance charges may apply).

To see a schedule of classes and/or to join one you can click on the Training button (7 buttons below the User Login button) on the Wise Agent front page or click on the Help button within your Wise Agent account. The very top link will be Online Class Schedule. To join the class, just click on the link and all of the information will be sent to you and added on your Wise Agent Day Planner on the appropriate date. When scheduling your classes make sure to click the little clock icon to convert the class time to your local time zone.

Checklist Matrix

Once again The Wise Agent is listening to your suggestions and making changes to meet your needs. You now have the option to view, print and update multiple checklists at the same time in a spreadsheet view. You can click on the Checklist button, then choose the checklists you want to view together, then click on the Matrix View link. Any updates that you make on the Matrix will also automatically update on the Checklist.
