Client List Page

With your input the Client List page has been improved. You asked for ways to make you more efficient and we delivered! There are now two drop down boxes containing the Action and PrintMedia functions located at the top left and right side of the ClientList page. Choose the feature you would like to print or the action you would like to complete from these drop-down menus. It’s as easy as select-and-go!

Other upgrades to the client list page include improved search engines for both basic and advanced searches. It is now possible to complete in-depth searches directly on the Client List home page. This allows you to search for a client by using partial information. The Advanced Search will also allow you to search key words in notes, categories, client summary pages and more. Don’t forget to check out the brand new Working Lists link on the search box to easily manage or bring up a current working list. There are many ways to incorporate these new features into your daily use of The Wise Agent and as always, the Contact Us button is available for our fast and friendly service.

Team Sharing

At The Wise Agent we know how important it is to have a team, so we have improved our Outside Team Member functions. As most of you already know, you can share your day planner appointments with your outside team members in 2 easy steps. Now you can share your clients and vendors with them as well. Send over one particular client or a whole farming list from your Wise Agent Client List to your outside team members. Another major addition to outside team members will allow you to share your Checklists as well. Look for more team sharing features coming soon!

To Do List

Of course with a brand new checklist comes a new To Do list. All of your tasks are now color coordinated similar to the Master Call list. We have now enabled you to see the past due, the current and the future tasks at a glance. You can still add items from your Checklists to the To Do list on the home page, but we have improved this feature so they will be sent over at the appropriate pre-determined time. No more worrying if your Checklist tasks will appear on the To Do list. Just set up the event dates, and they will automatically carry over.

Price Increase

After so many of you have pointed out that our prices are ridiculously low for the value received, we have decided to take your WISE advice and raise our subscription rate. But current users, do not fear! You will not see an increase in your dues as our way of saying "Thanks." As of January 1, 2007, new members will still get our 30 day FREE trial and then pay $24.95 per month. There is still time to help sign up your friends and coworkers before the price increase, so don't delay!

Send Out Cards

For those of you who have already taken advantage of our custom cards system, Send Out Cards, you will be happy to hear about a new picture feature. You can now use Picture Plus to add your own personal photos to cards. Don’t see a card you like in the 6,000-plus Card Catalog? No problem. Create your own custom card, with your own pictures, graphics and logos! Send Out Cards has been a big success with our members. You asked for it. We built it. Now you can design Checklist templates to account for every detail of your business. The new Checklist feature is now jam-packed with ways to make your life easier. Create it once and edit it on the fly. You are going to love this tool! Web School

Having trouble keeping up with your studies? Click on the Continuing Education button to keep track of what classes you have taken and when you took them. Now, in addition to tracking your classes, you can take them directly online through our Career Web School link. Take courses for home inspection, appraisal, and real estate right online. A busy schedule no longer limits you - take courses based on your own availability, even if the only time is after everyone goes to bed.

In a matter of minutes your photo, profile and website will be active. You can keep an online blog of articles and events going on in your area, but even better, the site will add new articles and information, daily! This helps keep your site updated and refreshed even if you don’t have the time. If you already have a website, we now offer 2 awesome features for your site. They are a Traffic Sender and a Personal Lead Generator. You can get YOUR website and YOUR listings at the top of the search results with an easily activated month-to-month service. Both services are a great way toget people on your site and build your clientele.

Newsletters

Many of you have asked for an easier way to edit and replace articles to your personal taste and community in the monthly Newsletter. We are proud to say that it is now possible with the new edit HTML/design Newsletter. If you haven’t already noticed, next to the monthly Newsletters links there is a new red link that says (NEW)edit. Click it and start cutting and pasting articles, pictures and more. Need help designing your newsletter? We will be happy to set up a training time to help you take advantage of all the new edit & design features.
